Weight loss journey - wanting to start with a clean slate. Tips?

Basically, these past few months I've had a lot going on in my personal life, with the added stress of being in my last year of university so I've been stress eating and drinking more regularly. In the past years I've been good with eating healthily and exercising and staying in shape, but these past few months I've been careless and now is the time I am determined to change that and go back to my former healthy lifestyle.
Now I'm back on MFP (which I've always found helpful and motivating) I would like some tips on how to stay fuller for longer, how to stop cravings and some low calorie meal ideas. I know these might sound like stupid/obvious questions to some of you guys here but to be honest I feel so lost right now.
