Hashimotos
Hi Everyone :) I am Vicki, 52 and with a LOT of weight to lose. Any other Hashis people successfully losing? I was diagnosed 5 yrs ago but can trace symptoms back to when I was 18. I am finally well medicated (no thanks to GPs but that's another story!) and I am SO ready to lose this weight! Such a daunting task though…
