I am surprised that this app won't let me look up any exercises with kettle bells. I do swings, snatches, cleans, and presses. Any idea how many calories these exercises burn? I usually do 5 sets with 5 reps on each side.

I have read a little about creatine. I have heard it's perfectly safe and then other sites say otherwise. I want to know if anyone recommends it and if so how long do you need to take it to start noticing results?
I'm always looking for new exercises to introduce to myself and to my bootcamp classes. I would appreciate it if anyone left some new ideas or just common ones that are forgotten! Also, we often use kettle bells but not much else if that helps.
