I'm always looking for new exercises to introduce to myself and to my bootcamp classes. I would appreciate it if anyone left some new ideas or just common ones that are forgotten! Also, we often use kettle bells but not much else if that helps.

I always like a good variation on a thing I already know. They're easy to pick up, because you already have a lot of the form down, and you're just concentrating on the one new aspect. So you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. Plus, they really make you appreciate the classic version!

Try a Turkish Get-up but without putting your hand on the floor. :+1:

Just curious - do you have a personal trainer's certification?

Reverse crab walks, star jumps, squat jacks, dumbell floor pushes, bench hopovers, etc.

There are endless ways to teach boot camp. What I do is make sure that each and every body part gets worked out at least once, and I start from largest to smallest muscle for efficient use of energy. So legs, then back, then chest, then shoulders, then arms, and last abs. Using this base, it's easy to just sub in ANY exercise for the body part.
