I'm gradually getting back into my diet & exercise routine but have noticed that I feel nauseous when I'm eating healthier. Finally meeting my protein goals and lowered my carb intake. I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough water but I've been staying hydrated lately and it's still an issue (definitely not pregnant lol)..…
Is that a reasonable amount to lose in that amount of time or is it too much? I gained that much weight over about 2 years and have been working out 4-5 days a week for about 1 month. I feel like I'm not seeing results but it's probably because I'm clueless when it comes to proper nutrition. Help me out please!
