I'm gradually getting back into my diet & exercise routine but have noticed that I feel nauseous when I'm eating healthier. Finally meeting my protein goals and lowered my carb intake. I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough water but I've been staying hydrated lately and it's still an issue (definitely not pregnant lol).. Does anybody else experience this, am I missing something or am I just crazy?

Could be the protein. Increasing it too quickly or eating a lot of protein at one meal can cause stomach issues for me.0

Do you feel like that after certain "healthy" foods or everything? It might be a food intolerance.0

+1. Could also be certain "healthy" green veggies.
I have to be careful when I stuff my empty stomach with too much fat or too much fibrous, sour, bitter vegetables.
Start your meal slow. Eat your comfortable carbs (plain tortila chip for me), drink water, wait 15 minutes..
