2 pounds?!?
I've been doing really well lately I've been eating the right amount of calories and exercising everyday and I lost 2 pounds this week so why did one cheat day mess that up and make me gain back to the 2 pounds?!

Strong legs but cellulite?!
I work my legs out quite a bit, but I have cellulite and I hate it. I would say that my legs are the strongest part of my body but I don't know how to get rid of the cellulite please help :s

3 days in and I already lost 3 lbs?
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I haven't really exercised a lot during the past three days but I have been eating about the right amount of calories. Is it normal to drop pounds that quickly?

feeling grumpy and lethargic
Since I started cutting calories I haven't had a lot of energy. I'll try to exercise and then will give up because I feel like crap. I don't know too do about it. What kinda foods can help me feel energized.

Am I drinking too much water?
I'm a 5'6 152lb female and I've been drinking 14 cups, 112 oz, of water everyday. I read that women generally need to drink 8 cups a day or more if trying to lose weight. But I also read that to much water can be bad so I'm unsure of how much I should be drinking. Please help!!
