Hi! Thanks in advance for being helpful. I'm new here. I started working out about 2 weeks ago. 30 minutes everyday on our bowflex treadclimber. I'm addicted. What should my daily caloric intake be?
I'm 5'1, weigh 135-would like to her back to 120. I burn 300 calories a day. I am eating 1000 a day plus the 300 I burn but today I felt very weak during workout. Gaining weight instead of losing! Help
Hello! I'm 31 years old, mom of two! I've always been very active! I usually weigh around 120. My doctor put me on birth control to help regulate my cycles and it was awful!
