Ok, so I'm back. I need to start working out or doing something again. I lost 10 pounds from January-March but then I got a really bad cold and just never came back from my break. It's been almost 6 months and I've managed to keep the 10 lbs off (woo!) But now I need to start working out again. I guess what I need help…

I have lost 8 pounds total and I don't look any different...I have 8 more pounds to lose and I'm afraid that it won't be enough. If the first 8 pounds didn't change anything then how do I know the next 8 pounds will? I only have until June and I keep losing and gaining the same pound over and over again.

Ok my goal is 10-15 lbs before May 15th. I need someone to motivate me please, someone to check me everyday or every other day ish to keep me on track. Maybe suggest new workouts? Some days I'm just so unmotivated and I could use someone with some positivity

frustration
I have 15 lbs to lose in the next 3 months and the scale is hovering at 130 lbs. I'm getting so frustrated, I know I'm annoying the people around me but the longer it stays at 130 the less time I have. I don't know what else to do. I'm not sure what to do anymore.

I'm 130 lbs. About 5'3" and I just need to know if it will be enough to lose 15 lbs...will I be smaller or will I only be smaller in some places?

I'm about to give up. I google things that help lose weight and I find out I'm doing most of them. There's not a lot more to do that I'm not already doing and I'm still stuck. Nothings working.

I need some home work out ideas please. Something that's been effective for others? Just for days I can't get to the gym. I have a lot to do some days and just can't fit it in. Or, like last week, I got snowed in.
