I need some home work out ideas please. Something that's been effective for others? Just for days I can't get to the gym. I have a lot to do some days and just can't fit it in. Or, like last week, I got snowed in.

    It'd be helpful to know what you like. Cardio? Strength or resistance training?

    Nerd Fitness has a great bodyweight program on their site.
    When I was unable to get to the gym, I'd turn on some good music and dance like an idiot around my living room and then do 3 rounds of the NF routine lol

    I mostly do cardio but not really adverse to other things
