Baking apples
Quick question... If I bake a gala apple in the microwave by just coring it and putting 1 mini box of raisins in the core, do I just add up the calories for the apple and the raisins or does baking it change the calorie value?

15 days in and I am so frustrated
I am STARVING today. I think I've eaten 2000 calories just this evening. I will log them but I am scared. I was fine till I had a late breakfast and then it was nibble, nibble. snack, eat, snack and I still don't feel full

Need accountability partner to log daily and do 6000 steps
I'm a newbie, just started yesterday but I'd love an accountability partner with similar struggles. I'm a 51 yr old mom of 4, need to lose about 100 pounds and lead a pretty sedentary life. My goal is to do 6000 steps a day including 30-45 minutes on an elliptical machine.
