Day 3 of a consistent diet follow up... no carbs...no sugar ( tasted a Lil bit of chocolate cake as I made it for my son :) )) n thats it... 25mins of workout.... writing in my diary and sticking to my fav foods - veggies and chicken .... am down 1 kg .... yippee.... 9.9 kgs to go....am gonna get there this time !!!!

Have started .... Day 2 and the tricks ..
Day 1 was a struggle folks... cudnt get my mind off a bowl of rice or a chocolate... just consoled myself n focussed on work.... was above 1200 calories for the day.... Today... was much much better. The craving for carbs n sweets has stopped. Loads of warm water n salads... proteins n a walk. Ate frequent meals but empty…
