Been up n down on the weight loss...any tips to keep at it. Need to lose 22 pounds

Same boat!! Had another beautiful baby girl and she's now two and need to shed about twenty to 25. aGAIN!! Lol. I feel like I'm getting enough rest to stick to it this time after a year of off and on losing and gaining the same stupid 5 pounds.
I'm sticking be to mfp and reading community stuff keeps my mind on committing. I have planned ahead and bought healthy stuff I will actually eat. I bought a food scale because I was waaaay off on what 3 oz chicken actually is in cals. I am on my second week of consistently exercising 4 times. I do feel like it is a schedule my toddler and I can agree on. Lol.0 -
That's awesome... shud get the food scale... walked 2 days now n keeping at the diet... down 400 grams to start0
