Garmin Calorie connect adjustment. Seems to be giving me calories twice
Hi Did a 5 mile run this morning which according to Garmin gives me 483 calories. From experience this is correct. However when it gets sent over to mfp it gives me the 483 plus another 450 for calories adjustment based on 11000 steps. 1200 calories to lose 2lbs a week but only 1250 to lose 1lb? Does that make sense?
Sorry I may be being stupid. Can’t get my head around this. For June I put settings to lose 2lb a week which I did so that was great. Garmin connect seems to be adding my running steps in twice.
Does anyone run with a Garmin. Just been using it a few days. When I do a run the steps I take in the run obviously are classed as steps. Healthy Coleslaw any ideas please.
Hi New to MFP. I love coleslaw the plain sort with perhaps a bit of fruit added. All the bought stuff is high in calories and I thought about making my own but really unsure about the dressing.
