Starting over
I've out of the gym for 3 months. Eating way to many calories and the scale and my clothes are not happy. How should I start back up so I don't burn out? And how many calories should I eat? I was 149 now I'm 160. I was thinking a good mix of cardio and weights and salads with protein on top?

Knee problems... :(

I'm new to fitness pal but have been working on my weight loss for a few years now. I've lost 55 pounds from about 210 to 154 now. I joined to start calorie counting which I've never really done before and never logged my meals. My goal is to loose about 25 pounds I would like to weigh around 130 to 135 :)
