I'm new to fitness pal but have been working on my weight loss for a few years now. I've lost 55 pounds from about 210 to 154 now. I joined to start calorie counting which I've never really done before and never logged my meals. My goal is to loose about 25 pounds I would like to weigh around 130 to 135
