I have very limited space. Does anyone have any suggestions about small exercise equipment? I have some 10 lb weights and an exercise mat. Can anyone give me a review on the ab roller? (For sit ups, not the wheel)

Missouri girl
I am from southwest Missouri. I would like to find friends that I can call neighbors. If anyone ever wants to go hiking at Roaring River let me know, if I can make it I would love to go along. I am about 30 minutes from the park.

taking charge-tired of being a fatty
Anybody out there from southwest Missouri? I want the energy and stamina to do all the things I love-Hiking and playing outdoors with my kids, swimming(without a cover-up) and just taking charge of my size again instead of my size controlling me.

I have been here for a little over a month. I am just tired of being unhealthy. So far I have lost 10 pounds but am not seeing much more progress.
