Older man with goal of about 1200 calories a day even though the site says I can go 1800-2100. Just got off NutriSystem, now I'm trying it on my own. This site tool will really help. I started at 244 now down to 221. My ideal for best BMI is 197 but I'll settle for 210. I have a NS order on standby but I hope not to use it.
