Weight loss

I've decided to start losing weight (again). My last effort was with Nutri-System. I lost a lot of weight and did it fast. I couldn't sustain it and gained it back. I thought about Jenny Craig but its too expensive for me. So. I've decided to self regulate with myfitnesspal. First week is up tomorrow and I've lost 3 pounds. The big thing is that I've finally gotten past the ill feeling that comes with big cutback in sugar. Now that I'm feeling ok, I think I'll trim another 200 calories a day as recommended by this program's consumption calculations. That's my story..how is this program working for you?

    Hi, the mfp site and app have been a big help to me. I have a nice community of friends on here now and we support and motivate each other. My weight and fitness yoyoed all my life. I removed one word from my life now. I never say or thing that I am on a diet. I now choose to make better decisions regarding my foods and I stay more active now. Good luck on your journey.
