Annoyed that it takes me months to lose 5 pounds and during our last fitness challenge my boyfriend lost 5 within a week. Anybody else just frustrated by their partners absurd ease of losing weight?

After this week I've been evaluating my metabolic type and tried carb cycling. Has anybody tried this and what results have they gotten? Im aiming for reducing my body fat % from 21 to 17 and gaining more lean muscle
