Chris Powell cheat day?
Hello! I am wondering if anyone is allowing themselves extra calories once a week, almost like a cheat day? Chris Powell says to keep it controlled to about 1000 extra calories, once a week. What he recommends for a daily calorie intake is just about the same as what MFP recommends... Thanks!
