Hi everyone! I'm running my first 5k on Sunday, and am looking for some advice. Right now (Monday), I am only on week 5 of c25k. On Friday, I will complete W5D3, rest on Saturday, and then race Sunday. Does this seem like a reasonable training plan? Is attempting to run a 5k before finishing the full program unrealistic?…
I've been browsing the boards and have noticed lots of differing perspectives on how people's weights differ before and after their periods. I've seen a few people say its not uncommon to gain/lose upwards of 7 or 8 pounds every time. Is this true? I'm curious about what other people have noticed about their trends. :)
So today at work there is a "cookie baking contest"-- Everyone anonymously brings in 2 dozen of their best cookies, and we have a competition to decide whose are the best. GUYS. What do I DO??? How do I get through this afternoon without binge-eating cookies?? Any ideas? HALP!!
