I'm also having trouble with finishing/eating average portions of most meals, and getting full (too?) quickly. It's a new phenomenon for me and I'm getting a little frustrated. I might start having six smaller meals.

My partner got me a beautiful ring... That I was only able to wear for a few months before it became noticeable too small. I'm determined to fit into that again :)

900 calories a day, plus working out 30 minutes a day, isnt safe or sustainable! i wish you all the best but please make sure youre eating calories to at least hit your BMR!

smaller plates if possible is a huge help. small snack (fruit, light yogurt, egg etc) for breakfast & small snack for dinner if necessary. Also continue to save up your calories throughout the week- even an extra 100 cal per day can make a huge difference. also exercise ;)

...... so you mean its NOT working then? If the scale hasn't budged, obviously you DO need to change something else besides your meals. Cutting out snacking is not your way to success, because that hasn't been enough. It's CICO, no way around it. Being short isnt a curtain to hide behind.
