For the last few weeks, I've been slowly trading my unhealthy eating habits with healthy eating habits. It's been going good so far. But today, I had a cheesesteak and fries for lunch, and I felt kinda sick afterwards. I guess this is a good thing. I guess my body is getting used to the healthier foods.
This is my first day on this site. My plan is to lose 45 lbs. I hope I can find the motivation here. I've been trying to start for a couple weeks now with no such luck. Any suggestions on starting and staying motivated?
