Unhealthy Food = Feeling Bad
For the last few weeks, I've been slowly trading my unhealthy eating habits with healthy eating habits. It's been going good so far. But today, I had a cheesesteak and fries for lunch, and I felt kinda sick afterwards. I guess this is a good thing. I guess my body is getting used to the healthier foods.

I am taking a generic One A Day Men's vitamin. I am working on losing weight. I was wondering if taking this vitamin would help, hurt, or is neutral.
