Hi Guys Been a user for a couple of months now, but just plucked the courage to post. 47 Year old bloke, started on 03/03/15 at 213 lbs, todays weight 195 lbs. On 1450 a day and so far so good, struggling without sugar in tea, but it encourages me to drink less tea and more water I suppose :)
