I've been having some pain in my upper arm lately when I pull during my swims. I'm thinking I pulled a muscle, and that I need to start lifting to strengthen it. Hell everyone, I live in an area where there isn't a public gym to use, and therefore I don't know what to do for workouts. I tried DIly Burn, and enjoyed it at first, but then I couldn't find a program that worked for me. Any suggestions???
