Hi everyone like 2 weeks ago I started exercising more. I’m 5’4 and I weigh 182 MFP tells me 1200 calories. I was hungry all the time so I started to eat some of my excercise calories but this past week I have been ok with 1200 Calories is that ok ???
Hi I have been on this journey for 29 days now and I have lost 14 pounds. I was 200 and I’m 186 now. At the beginning I was doing 30 min of cardio every day on a 1200 calorie. Since 4 days ago I have been doing from an 1 hr to an 1 1/2 off cardio everyday and I notice I’m more hungry now it’s that normal?? I’m 5’4 36yrs
I stared 15 days ago and I have notice if you do everything right it really works.So proud of what I have done and what I’m going to achieve.
