OK so this is a little of a bait and switch but I regularly "eat under" my calorie goal. I don't weigh my food , I know its the most accurate method but it seems so tedious to me. I have noticed there are several days I am below my 1200 calorie limit. I'm literally not hungry but I know working out I should be eating at least the 1200 plus the excercise calories back. loosing weight after cheat days?
So I have been dieting, 1200 calories a day and doing 30-60 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training 5 times a week and have only lost 17.8 lbs in 43 days.
