I have noticed there are several days I am below my 1200 calorie limit. I'm literally not hungry but I know working out I should be eating at least the 1200 plus the excercise calories back. Since I am not using a food scale is it possible I am just underestimating my calories? I go buy the serving sizes on the packages of meat or what little packaged food I buy, dividing it all evenly before taking a serving. Long story short I'm not hungry and happy with my weight loss but should I be eating more or buy a scale and be a little more accurate. I'm just concerned with under eating. Thanks!

PS my diary is public

Buy a scale. You're proably eating on target.

You're probably fine. Looking at your log, you eat things often that are easy to overestimate. Like peanut butter & pasta. And bananas, potatoes, etc. you're estimating based on small/medium/large. Some days you're only logging 1-2 meals.

Overall I say judge by how you feel. Which means don't be afraid to eat a little more here & there if you feel you need to. And aim to get enough nutrients. Several servings each of fruits, veggies each day. Plenty of protein - you're often lacking there. Keep in mind that weight loss is only part of the picture. You also want to be healthy, to nourish your body.

Looking at your diary, I would guess you're fine. I would look into a food scale and also, try not to use generic entries, as they aren't accurate.
    Keep up the great work!
