Exercise calories
will I lose weight if I always eat my exercise calories? I'm on 1290 cals and find it a bit hard to stick to if I don't eat exercise calories? X

New start
hi everyone I'm starting my weight loss journey with my fitness pal. I've been with weightwatchers but don't like the propoints system. I need to lose 20lbs by end of June this year so I can wear shorts at Glastonbury! Hope to make some friends on here
