hi everyone I'm starting my weight loss journey with my fitness pal. I've been with weightwatchers but don't like the propoints system. I need to lose 20lbs by end of June this year so I can wear shorts at Glastonbury! Hope to make some friends on here

I've never done Weight Watchers before, but everyone I know who has done so gives up, gains the weight back, then decides to lose it again and goes back to Weight Watchers. Repeat cycle several times. WW is making a lot of money! So are all the other weight loss programs. Bottom line is eat less, move more, and MFP is a GREAT tool for helping you. Twenty pounds by the end of June is 5 pounds a month, or a little over a pound a week. Which means you only have to change your diet and exercise to the tune of 500 or so calories a day, which is VERY doable! Good luck on your journey!0
