Carb cycling protect metabolism?
I have read several books stating carb cycling helps protect yor metabolism as you lose weight on a low carb woe... basically 6 days a week low carb (under 30grams) and then one day a week you do high carb veggies like potatoes, fruit, and corn (about 100grams). Has anyone here experimeneed wth carb cycling?

Trans fat BAN!
I heard today that the FDA issued a ban on all trans fats. Does anyone else think the ban on Trans fat is going to increase use in saturated fats?

can you eat too much butter?
I have been doing 2 to 3 cups a day bulletproof coffee while intermediate fasting. it seems like a lot. I'm going through almost 2 sticks of Kerrygold grass fed butter a week. I don't go over calories and I stay within my macros. it's probably mind over matter but I just wanted to make sure you can't overdo butter?

keto grease making a mess?? keto cleaning hacks?
So this is an odd question.... but with me eating a lot more bacon and butter the dishes and counters all have this thin layer of grease. I clean it the best I can but was wondering if anyone had a keto cleaning hack for me??? Please and Thank you!!

What is the method of IF that people have tried and works best in normal life? Im thinking about trying Leangains model of intermittent fasting.... but just wanna see what works for everyone else or any advice you could give before attempting a fast?

best fitness wearable/ fitness tracker???
I currently have the original version nike fuel band and want to trade up to something newer. I love the style of the fuelband. There are just so many out there now!! Let me know suggestions before I spend that kinda dough! :-)
