I used to do some form of exercise but it’s been months since I’ve even went out for a walk! How can I break the cycle and start to add exercise into my daily routine. I work way too much!
I need motivation to move and exercise more. I'm hoping to get inspired!
im with you. I have a scale that logs my weight so I officially weigh in every Saturday and save my weight. It's been good for me to not get crazy over fluctuations in water weight changes.
