should overweight people run?
I am overweight, there I said it! I have recently taken up running but man it hurts! It hurts my lower back and my.hips and my knees, but running I the 'thing' to be seen doing right? My question is, am I doing myself more harm than good?

what effect is too much protein having on my weight loss
Advice please; I regularly exceed my protein Marco by 20-30 most days. I mainly get it from fresh meat or eggs but starting to wonder what sort of impact it could be having on my weight loss efforts. Can anyone advise?

Has anyone heard of/ tried an activitiy called "swimfit" its basically circui training in the pool. what are peoples thoughts on its effectivness?
