Weight loss Plateau
Hello :) I've been exercising a lot and eating below my daily goal for about a month now, and I've weighted the same for the past 2 weeks, I've obviously plateaued and I don't know how to break it? anyone have any ideas?? Anyone have a Vivofit and garmin connect account??
I have a vivofit with a heart rate monitor, and today I went to use it and it recorded the calories I burned but it didn't record it as an activity?? anyone having similar problems? this is really annoying and I want to find a solution.
