Sodium intake
Can anyone give me some ideas on healthy ways to get sodium. I am coming in usually around 1000 mg a day which I am told is too little. I have to be careful with salt because I love salty snacks, and refuse to pick up a salt shaker. Any foods that contain "good" sodium out there?

updating your exercise journal
New to the block and just wondering how to log your exercise when you are doing videos. I am doing ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels and alternating with a few yoga dvds. Everything I seem to type in doesn't appear, any one have any tips for this? thanks
