Is my calorie intake too low?
I'm 6'0 and about 180 lbs, I just started counting calories the start of March and when I started MFP suggested 1700 - 1800 calories, so I've been eating at that amount for about 2 weeks now. Not sure how to log this chicken thigh/leg?
This is a confusing and stupid question, so I went out and bought a bag of chicken legs and thighs. The bag said the weight of it was 1KG, it contained 2 pieces of chicken like this and a very small thigh. Obviously that isn't 1 KG because 1 KG is around 2300 calories 257 grams of protein. I'm not sure how to log this.…
