Quick breakfast
Morning seems to be the hardest time of the day for me to eat. I never seem to get enough calories during the day because I don't eat in the morning, and I don't want to eat a bunch later in the day. Other than cereal and oatmeal what are some super fast breakfasts, or breakfasts I can make the night before?

Hey, I just recently got back to where I need to be with my eating and exercise. I lost 6 lbs this last week. I have a pretty good idea of what I need to do, so I just need some people to help keep me on track.

I haven't really used MPF much. I am a stay at home mommy pescitarian so I am always looking for new veggie recipies. I have been logging my food intake and exercise for a few days and have lost 6lbs. Im pretty stoked for the future.
