Calories in and out
Anyone know of a way to graph the calories in (diet from MFP) alongside calories out (exercise from Garmin) over weeks or months. This might better allow me to note trends in my diet.

The same old walk
I may do the same walk everyday but it never gets boring.

E-bike
Using the new e-bike. Got to the top of the hill that I've never manged under simple pedal power. I still was working, and my HR raised, so I hope on balance I'll still get reasonable exercise.

Best time for walking
I think this is the best time of the year for walking. The green has stated to return but the temperatures have not risen (usually)
