Using the new e-bike. Got to the top of the hill that I've never manged under simple pedal power. I still was working, and my HR raised, so I hope on balance I'll still get reasonable exercise. 3fghwjvhwuhx.jpg

Great idea. Nothing wrong with some assistance that let's you get in exercise that you might not otherwise. Also, love the scenery and view!

    Wise move.

My sister and her husband have them and it has meant they can do longer and hillier rides. This is a good thing as they live in the Scottish Borders and all it is is rolling hills.
My sister in particular wishes she had got one sooner.
    They take them camping itoo.

I saw a nice one for sale and was sorely tempted but it was gone before I made an offer.
Now I am during to go to Scotland to try your sisters.

Have fun with your new toy.

    Cheers, h.

I can sympathise with your sister now that I am in Snowdonia every trip includes a steep hill
