Approaching 50 day streak....woop woop!!!
Ive only been on MFP for just over 2 weeks and at the start I found myself still feeling really hungry between meals, more recently I am more than content with my 1500 cals. Will my apatite keep dropping??
Playing 5-aside tonight and its non stop as the ball cant go out to give you a breather. How many cals are we talking roughly would you burn up during this time??
