My exercise isnt regestering

Hi, when I put in my exercise for the day it doesn't show up on my page. Has this happened to anyone else??

    Are you logging cardio or strength activities?

    logging cardio in and its not showing. Any suggestions?

    Are you using the website or the app? A lot of times when I log via the website, when I first open the app it tells me crazy things. It doesn't correct itself until I log something else and then everything goes back to normal. I managed to catch this one as a screenshot the other week:
