Workout blues
When I first started MFP I was working out every other day. Lost 32 pds so far. In the last 2 months I am still down 32 pds but since my daughter moved out after graduating high school and me getting a second job, I have the work out blues. confused about calories
I have a limit of 1720 a day. I work out for an hour and get anywhere between 500-900 calories. The other night it said I was not eating enough and wouldn't let me close out with 1200+ remaining after a 900 calorie workout. Am I supposed to eat all those calories on top of the 1700?

Trying again
I'm Angela. I turn 43 next month. I went to the doctor last month and weighed over 300 pounds. 307 to be exact. I am trying this again. I have lost 12 pounds so far!
