Workout blues

When I first started MFP I was working out every other day. Lost 32 pds so far. In the last 2 months I am still down 32 pds but since my daughter moved out after graduating high school and me getting a second job, I have the work out blues. I say I am going to go but go maybe once a week now. How do I motivate myself when I close one job at midnight and have to be at the other at 830 am.
