It's working, it's just so freaking slow.
so, I started doing a daily weigh-in and tracking it with a trend app (happy scale) and thankfully there's a downward trend and its correlating to 0.5lb/week (the math worked!), but goddamn it feels slow. I'm terrible at it, I lose count constantly. What do you do to keep track of your count?

What to eat pre-workout
I started crossfit and I've found I'm kind of dizzy/spot-seeing during the workout once it really gets going. Is this a fitness level thing or a diet thing? My pre-workout morning meal is usually eggs/protein + veg/fruit. Should I have something more carby/grainy?

Any SAH Moms out there trying to balance the low calories required to lose those last ten pounds and the patience needed to not be a raging beast mom? I'm on 1540 a day (0.5lb a week and lightly active) and yet I'm still finding it hard to stay happy and patient with my kids.

Never seem to get enough iron?
I avg about 100g of protein a day and eat what I think is a decent amount of dark greens and yet I never seem to hit 100% iron, I'm always around 60%...do you think it's a logging/nutritional info problem or do I need to start eating steaks every morning?
