okay I keep getting them! I am doing strength exercises or my calves and trying my best to stretch in between runs but I am still getting them, it can stop me from finishing my run sometimes and it sucks when it is beautiful outside and I can't finish because of the pain :( Has anyone else encountered this or have any good…
so almost 16 months ago I got clean and sober. I was always about 135-140lbs in highschool but since I got sober I have put on a considerable amount of weight... About 40 lbs. I am so grateful to be in recovery but now starts my journey to getting back into shape! Open to any support on here! Thanks guys!
