117lbs
19 year old my weight is 117lbs. I am 5 ft 6inch Is this to low, do I need to put a little weight on?

Toning up
i eat around 1,400 calories a day and work out on top of that (I know I don't eat that much but I struggle to eat anymore) I mostly struggle with carbs and how many grams I need per day. If I want a low carb diet how many grams of carbs should I intake a day?

How many times a week can I reward myself with a chocolate bar or a junk meal? or should I have a cheat day where I just indulge in all my favourite foods in that one day? I think everyone needs a break from there healthy foods once in a while, the question is how often??

Cheat day.
its weird because I have a cheat day once a week. Every cheat day I have actually makes my body look better and my metabolism faster!!! when I eat healthy i bloat but when I have my cheat day I'm hungry every 30 minutes and no matter what I eat it stays flat and toned but doesn't when I eat veg/ fruit/ chicken etc. Does…

Hello there so I'm already really slim 118lbs 5'6 19 year old female I'm really confused because when I touch my stomach its soft but can see some sort of tone and when I sit down its a lil flabby when i'v ate is this belly fat or do I just need to tighten it up? it's already really flat when I stand.
