I prefer to do my cardio before my weight training. Gets me pumped up and ready to go, it’s my warm up exercise.

Sounds brilliant to me, it sounds like you have everything all worked out for yourself

Depending on your cholesterol level i wouldn't eat more than 4 yolks a day.

Like Tavistocktoad said whey probably is the cheapest bet but you can't just get all your protein from shakes that wouldn't be healthy. Eggs, are pretty cheap, make sure not to eat too many yolks just the whites, nuts, seeds etc fish also! Salmon, tuna, cod without batter etc. But I'm sure if you shopped around you could…

It's the personal trainers choice if they would like to help people for free or not out of the goodness of their hearts. My personal trainers I don't pay for. Gather your information before you cause a debate.

You look amazing! Don't put yourself down like that, I hope you have at least a cheat day once in a while.!

If you prefer a bulkier device then yes the surge is for you. Personally when working out I wanted a device that didn't get in the way! So I bought the Fitbit charge HR but then again I can't contradict myself has when the Fitbit blaze gets released in March I'll be purchasing that. I say go for it or wait for the Fitbit…
-
Yes they are I love my charge HR

It's not that I have magically grown abs on my 'cheat day' what I am saying is I am less bloated and they appear a lot more.
-
So if I stay in my daily intake (TDEE) it doesn't really matter how much sugar I have?
-
Thank you very much! it won't stop me from toning up or anything though will it?
