its weird because I have a cheat day once a week. Every cheat day I have actually makes my body look better and my metabolism faster!!! when I eat healthy i bloat but when I have my cheat day I'm hungry every 30 minutes and no matter what I eat it stays flat and toned but doesn't when I eat veg/ fruit/ chicken etc. Does this mean I can carry on having one cheat day a week or at least a chocolate bar a day if it fits in my tdee?

Getting hungrier quicker isn't an indication that your metabolism is working faster. It's an indication that the foods that you are choosing on your "cheat day" are not giving you much of a sense of satiety and you are wanting to eat again sooner.
I don't know what you're eating, but your stomach isn't more "toned" on a single day. You are just noticing a lack of bloating. Are you eating higher fiber foods on your non-"cheat" days?
It isn't that "cheating" makes your body look better -- this is going to come down to foods you are choosing on specific days.
As to whether or not you can carry on having "cheat days," as long as they aren't stopping you from reaching your goals, why would you?

It's not that I have magically grown abs on my 'cheat day' what I am saying is I am less bloated and they appear a lot more.0
