So your BMI is close to the border of underweight

What do you want to do? What are your goals, what kind of body do you want?

And how would you need to adjust your current body to achieve that?

    You might be overthinking this.

At 19 I was a little lighter than that (I'm also 5'6"). I let nature take care of itself. (College etc)
The question I want to ask is: have you been trying to lose, have others told you you're too thin, do you perhaps have an ED? For me it was just a young metabolism. It worked itself out with age as it often does.

But again, I'd want to know more about the questions I've asked.

What is your current gym routine?
From your profile, it sounds like you are already slim, but want to build muscle. To do that, you need to be lifting heavy.

Probably lift while eating at maintenance or bulk and add somme muscle.

I have been training to lose weight, I used to be 126lbs. I wasn't happy at that size I wanted to be thinner
